波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥节段预制拼装工艺试验 被引量:22

摘要 为论证波形钢腹板组合箱梁桥采用节段预制拼装工艺进行施工的可行性,设计制作了两榀波形钢腹板组合箱梁节段进行足尺模型试验,两榀梁分别采用不同的入模工艺(分部入模、整体入模)模拟了钢筋笼组拼、匹配预制、悬臂拼装、线形调整等典型工序,测试了试验梁段在施工全过程中的桥面板竖向变形,并评估该变形对匹配连接的影响程度。结果表明:所提出的工艺流程、连接构造、预制模板系统在试验过程中表现出良好的适应性,能有效保证节段间的高精度、快速匹配连接,施工效率与普通混凝土节段梁相当,施工质量完全可控;施工过程中应采取桥面板加劲或设置横向斜撑等措施控制桥面板的竖向变形;波形钢腹板双拼接板高强螺栓连接具有较好的误差调整能力,可作为实桥应用的推荐方案。 To demonstrate the feasibility of constructing the composite box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs,using the segmental precasting and assembling technology,two segments of the composite box girder bridge were designed,precast and the full-scale model tests for the segments were made.The two segments were set in the formwork respectively in the different ways(i.e.,set in the formwork in parts and integrally)and the typical working procedures of the reinforcement cage assembling,match method precasting,cantilever assembling and geometric shape adjustment were simulated.The vertical deformation of the deck slabs of the tested segments in the whole construction process was measured and the degrees of influences of the deformation on the match connection of the segments were evaluated.The results indicate that the process flow of the precasting and assembling technology proposed in this paper,the critical connection details and the formwork system for the precasting all exhibit very good adaptability in the tests and can ensure the high precision and rapid match connection of the segments.The construction efficiency of the segments are about the same with that of the common concrete segments and the construction quality is completely controllable.In the construction process,the measures of stiffening the deck slabs or arranging the transverse diagonal bracings should be taken to control the vertical deformation of the slabs.The high-strength bolts of the double splice plates for the corrugated steel webs have good capacity of tolerance adjustment and can be recommended for application to the construction of the practical bridges.
