摘要
论述了尿素装置惰洗塔放空尾气爆炸极限的3种计算方法:方法1,将混合气体分为含惰性气体的可燃气体和空气,利用理·查特理公式计算可燃气体在空气中的爆炸上、下限,此方法没有考虑各种惰性气体对可燃气体的惰化作用,计算误差偏大,且按此方法计算,得出加入惰性气体不能起到防爆作用的结论,与实际相悖;方法2,利用理·查特理公式计算可燃气体在三角相图中的爆炸区域,此方法只能用于低压、常压的可燃气体爆炸区域计算,有应用局限性;方法3,利用惰性气体与可燃气的比率查混合气爆炸极限图来确认爆炸上、下限,此方法法既考虑了各种惰性气体的惰化作用,又可用于高压可燃气体爆炸极限的计算。
This paper mainly discusses three calculation methods of off gas explosion limit of urea inert washing tower.1The mixed gas is divided into the combustible gas containing inert gas and air;then,the explosion up or low limit of the combustible gas in the air is calculated by using the Lee Chatley formula.However,this method does not consider the inerting effect of inert gas on various combustible gases,resulting in bigger calculation errors.Moreover,with this calculation method,a conclusion that the addition of the inert gas cannot prevent the explosion is drawn,which is contrary to the actual case.2To calculate the explosion area of the combustible gas in the triangle phase diagram by using the Lee Chatley formula.But this method can only be used for the explosion area of the combustible gas with low or constant pressure.3To confirm the explosion up and low limits by checking the explosion limit diagram of mixed gas by using the ratio of the inert gas and combustible gas.This method not only considers the inerting effect of various inert gases,but also can be used to calculate the explosion limit of high pressure flammable gas.
