摘要
处理室外机导流圈与其他部件的装配干涉时,普遍采用切割导流圈的方法。本文对一款空调室外机导流圈的不同位置进行不同大小的切割,并利用CFD技术分析切割产生的缺口对室外机风量及流场带来的影响。结果表明,室外机侧进口附近的导流圈缺口对风量的影响最大,尤其缺口的边界接近导流圈喉部时,会引起风量下降4%左右;对其流场分析后发现,切割后该位置对应的低压区域的范围减小,叶尖涡影响区域增大,同时压力脉动幅值减小。
Cutting inlet shrouds is often used to deal with the assembly interference between the in let shrouds and other components. In this paper, different sizes and locations o f cutting have been carried out on the in let shrouds of an outdoor unit of air conditioner, and CFD simulation is used to analyze the effects of the notches on the air flow rate and fluid field of the outdoor unit. The results show that the notch near the side entrance has a maximum impact on the air flow rate. In particular, the cutting edge is close enough to the throat o f the shroud, which causes the air flow rate to drop by about 4%. A detailed analysis about this phenomenon showes that, near the place mentioned above, the corresponding low pressure district reduces, and the region influenced by the tip vortex increases; the amplitude of pressure fluctuation decreases.
