摘要
[目的]调查养老院护理员关怀能力对老年人主观幸福感有无影响及影响程度。[方法]采用关怀能力评价表、纽芬兰纪念大学幸福度量表、养老院物理环境满意度问卷对天津市3家养老院138例老人和相应的82名护理员进行调查。[结果]养老院护理员关怀能力均分205.65分±16.28分,老年人主观幸福感得分32.20分±11.11分;养老院护理员关怀能力最低分、物理环境、身体状况对老年人主观幸福感的影响显著(P<0.05)。[结论]天津市养老院护理员人文关怀能力呈中等水平,养老院老年人主观幸福感水平中等,养老院应进一步促进护理员关怀能力的均衡发展,同时改善物理环境和医疗服务质量,全面提高老年人主观幸福感。
Objective： To investigate whether the caring ability of caregivers impact the subjective well being ofthe elderly in nursing home or not and the influence degree. Methods： A questionnaire survey was conducted a-mong 138 elderly people and corresponding 82 caregivers in 3 nursing homes in Tianjin by Caring Ability Inven-tory , Memorial University of Newfoundland happiness scale,and Nursing Home Physical Environment Satisfac-tion Questionnaire. Results： The mean score of caregivers’ caring ability was 205. 65 士 16 28. Elderly subjective well - being score was 32.20± 11.11 The influence of the lowest score of caregivers’ caring abi lity, physical en-vironment and health of elderly on subjective well being of elderly was significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusions ： The caring ability of caregivers nursing home in Tianjin was at middle level and the level of elderly’ s subjective wel l-being was at the middle level. The nursing home should further promote the balanced bility,improve the physical environment and medical service quality, and improve the subjective well - being of the elderly comprehensively.
