摘要 高职院校肩负着培养高端技能型专门人才的重任,其人才培养必须以社会需求为导向,适应社会经济发展需要。高职院校应改革办学模式,探索校企"双主体"合作育人模式,从根本上提高人才培养质量。大连职业技术学院老年服务与管理专业深入开展校企协同育人的探索与实践,取得了一定的成绩,切实提高了人才培养质量,促进了专业的可持续发展。 Higher vocational colleges shoulder the important task of training high skilled talents. Its talents cultivation must be guided by social needs and meet the need of social and economic development. Higher vocational colleges should reform the school pattern, explore double -subjective cooperation education mode of university and enterprise, and fundamentally improve the quality of personnel training. Elderly services and administration of Dalian Vocational Technology College explored and practiced the approaches for further development of school-enterprise cooperative education, effectively improved the talents training quality and promoted the sustainable development of the major.
