多层螺旋CT图像后处理技术在肺栓塞诊断中的应用分析 被引量:21

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)图像后处理技术在肺栓塞诊断中的运用与价值,分析其CT表现。方法利用多层螺旋CT机对50例肺栓塞病人分别进行多层螺旋CT薄层轴位和动脉增强扫描,将增强扫描图像进行MPR(多层面重建)、MIP(最大密度投影)、VRT(容积重建)技术重组处理。比较MSCT图像后处理技术与多层螺旋CT薄层轴位显示栓塞数目的差异。从MPR、MIP、VRT技术优势,体现MSCT图像后处理技术对肺栓塞诊断意义价值。结果 MSCT图像后处理技术相比多层螺旋CT薄层轴位,MSCT图像后处理技术更能清楚准确显示栓子显示肺段动脉以上的栓塞,两者数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),运用MPR、MIP、VRT在后处理技术中更能够清晰、立体显示血管走形、异常病变。结论MSCT后处理技术有直观、立体、准确的优点,有利于进一步显示病变细节的CT表现,能早期发现栓塞并可提高影像诊断与病理诊断符合率,降低误诊率。 Objevtive To investigate the application and wllue of MSCT image post- processing technology in diagnosis of ppulmonaryembolism and analyze the CT feature. Met.hods 50 cases with puhnonary embolism were given MSCT treatment and the enhanced scan images were processed with MPR, MIP and VRT. Compare the difference between MSCT image post-processing technology and multislice CT thin axis embolism number. From the technological superiority of MPR, MIP, VRT, discuss the significance of MSCT image post-processing technology. Results MSCT image post-processing technology can clearly show the embolism upper pulmonary artery when compared with multislice CT thin axis, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). The application of MPR, MIP, VRT in post-processing technology, can stereo display vessel deform and abnormal lesions. Conclusion MSCT image post-processing technology is visual, stereo and accurate. It can further shows the CT feature of lesion and discover embolism early. It can also improve coincidence rate of imaging diagnosis and pathological diagnosis and lower misdiagnosis rate.
