摘要
竹子是重要的森林植物类型。随着分子生物技术的发展,可以从基因水平对竹类作物进行研究,从2009年Gene ID为8223103的NCBI第1个竹子基因登录,截止2015年底,已有6 462个竹子基因成功登录,分布于竹亚科3个族的33个属的50个种。相比2014年,新增2 519个基因,分布于14个属的20个种,文章调查分析了这些基因的描述、类型以及基因参考序列的情况,年度更新了2014年版"竹子基因调查分析报告"。
Bamboo is one of the most important types of forest plants. With the development of molecular biological technology, we can research the bamboo crop from the gene level, from 2009 GeneID 8223103 as first bamboo gene accession to NCBI, by the end of 2015, there are 6 462 bamboo gene successfully logged in, which all cover 3 tribes, 33 genus and 50 species of Bambusoideae. Compared with 2014, 2 519 new genes distributed in 14 genera and 20 species were added. The article investigates and analyzes description and type of these genes and their reference sequence, the 2014 edition of " bamboo genetic survey analysis report" was made the annual update.
