摘要
改革开放30多年,我国行政体制改革持续推进,改革轨迹清晰,成效明显。但当前在服务型政府的价值理念确立、服务型政府的职能转变、机构改革的实际操作过程中和服务型政府的机制运行方面仍存在一些问题。因此,我们应进一步推动政府职能转变,优化政府职能结构;进一步深化政府机构改革,优化政府组织结构;进一步创新政府运行机制和管理方式、促进政府服务不断优化,加快建设"职能科学、结构优化、廉洁高效、人民满意的服务型政府"。
Since 30 years of reform and opening up, China＇s administrative system reform continued to promote the reform of the track is clear, the effect is obvious. How-ever, there are still some problems in the establishment of service-oriented government, such as the establishment of the value concept of the service oriented government, the transformation of the function of the service government, the actual operation of the insti- tutional reform, and the operation of the service-oriented government. Therefore, we should further promote the transformation of government functions, optimize the structure of government functions; to further deepen the reform of government institutions, optimiz- ing the organizational structure; the further innovation of the government operation mech- anism and management mode, promote government services to optimize, accelerate the construction of ＂service oriented government functions, scientific structure optimization, clean and efficient, the satisfaction of the people＂.
