摘要
目的:分析比较老年高血压性心脏病(HHD)患者心脏B超和心电图表现。方法:88例老年HHD患者,44例采用心电图检查,44例采用心脏B超检查,对比两种检查方法的诊断结果。结果:HHD患者心脏B超检查左室扩大、左室肥厚、主动脉扩张检出率明显高于心电图检查(P<0.05);两种检查方法左房扩大、主动脉弹性降低检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:心脏B超检查老年HHD的主要表现为心室肥厚和左室扩大,且常存在左房增大和主动脉扩张,对HHD的早期诊断具有较高的灵敏性,值得临床推广。
Objective： To analyze the cardiac ullrasound performance and electrocardiogram findings of elderly patients with hypertensive heart disease （HHD）. Methods： Among 88 cases of elderly patients with HHD, electrocardiogram was used in 44 cases, the other 44 cases were checked by B ultrasound, an the diagnoses of 2 checking methods were compared. Results： For HHD patients, the detection rate of left ventricular enlargement, left ventricular hypertrophy, dilation of aorta by B-ultrasound was obviously higher than electrocardiogram （P〈 0.05）. The detection rate of left atrial enlargement, aortic elasticity decreasing by B-ultrasound had no significant differences compared with electrocardiogram （P〉0.05）. Conclusions： The main performannces of cardiac ultrasound of elderly patients with HHD are ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular enlargement, as well as left atrial enlargement and dilation of aorta. Cardiac ultrasound has higher sensitivity in early diagnosis of HHD, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
