天津咸化湿地土壤碳、氮特征对长期垦殖的响应 被引量:4

Response of soil carbon and nitrogen profiles of saline wetland to long-term reclamation in Tianjin

摘要 为了解长期垦殖(超过60 a)对湿地土壤碳、氮特征的影响,以天津2个咸化芦苇沼泽(七里海和大黄堡)和湿地开垦后的农田为样地,通过元素分析法对不同层级的土壤有机碳、全氮含量、碳氮比、层化比率进行分析.结果表明,垦殖前七里海和大黄堡沼泽表层土壤(0~5cm)的有机碳含量、全氮含量、碳氮比、层化比率均远远高于下层土壤,土层深度增加至5~10 cm时,4项指标数值急剧降低,随着土层深度的进一步增加,数值缓慢降低.垦殖后的农田表层土壤的4项指标值远低于沼泽表层土壤,随着土层深度的增加,4项指标在整个土壤剖面上呈缓慢下降趋势,同沼泽相同土层的数值相近.由此可见,湿地表层土壤作为土壤、大气与人类活动相互作用的关键层次,其碳、氮特征对长期垦殖的响应较深层土壤更加敏感. To learn the influence of long-term reclamation (〉 60 years ) on the characteristics of soil carbon and nitrogen in wetland, two saline reed marshes and two farmlands reclaimed from wetlands in Qilihai and Dahuangpu in Tianjin area were chosen as the sample plots. The soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), ratio of SOC to TN contens (C/N) and stratification ratio of different soil layers in marshes and farmlands were analyzed by using the method of elemental analysis. The results showed that the values of four indexes in topsoil (0-5 cm) were extremely higher than those in subsoil layers in Qilihai and Dahuangpu marshes before reclamation. The values of four indexes decreased sharply in the layer of 5- I0 cm, and then decreased slowly with the further increase of soil depth. As for the farmlands, the values of four indexes in topsoil (0-5 cm) were far below than those in topsoil of the two marshes. With the increase of soil depth, the values of four indexes decreased slowly in the whole soil profiles, and were similar with those of the same soil layers in the marshes. On the whole, the topsoil in wetlands were the critical layer of interactions among pedosphere, atmosphere and the human activities, the SOC and TN features of which were more sensitive to long-term reclamation than those of subsoils.
