摘要 立足我国当前海洋生态在线监测的发展情况,文中主要论述了开展海洋水质在线评估的可行性。理论上分析了在线评估的技术基础和评估对象,认为稳定可靠的综合在线监测系统是实现海洋生态在线评估的技术基础,而在线监测获取的监测数据是在线评估的主要对象。还对在线估软件的基本设计思路进行了初步探讨。在线评估软件可实现海水水质等级实时分析、参数测量结果的实时展示和水体富营养化等指标的实时计算。在线评估充分体现了实时、在线的特点,可满足用户对海洋水质状况实时获取的需求。通过分析,认为目前我国开展海洋水质在线评估工作面临的主要工作有两个:一是有限的在线监测要素制约了在线评估数据产品的丰富和多样性,二是在线监测和在线评估工作与现行海水水质测量和评估标准之间的关系有待进一步规范。 Based on the development status of China's current marine ecology online monitoring, this paper mainly focuses on the feasibility of carrying out online assessment on seawater quality. Theoretical analysis is conducted on the technical basis and evaluating object. It is suggested that a stable and accurate online monitoring system will serve as the technical basis of achieving marine ecological assessment, and online monitoring data will be the assessing object of online assessment. The basic design scheme is primarily discussed on the online assessing software, which can realize real-time assessment on the seawater quality grade, real-time showing of the parameter measuring results, and real-time calculation of the indicators reflecting seawater eutrophication. Online assessment has the merits of real-time and online features, and can satisfy the need of acquiring seawater conditions in a real- time manner. It is concluded that there are two main problems for developing China's seawater quality online assessment. One is that limited online monitoring factors are restricting the abundance and diversity of assessing data, and the other is that it requires to further normalize the relationship between online monitoring and assessing practice and current seawater quality measuring and assessing criteria.
