摘要
文中介绍了一种纺织品吸光发热性能的测试方法,通过测试吸光发热面料和普通面料在同等光照条件下的升温值,并计算两种面料的相对温差。结果显示:吸光发热面料的20分钟升温值明显高于普通面料,且两种面料的相对温差达到10℃。同时测试了3种不同类型面料的辐照升温曲线,每种样品测试5次,结果表明该方法测试结果的标准偏差均小于2℃,变异系数小于3%,证明了该测试方法的稳定性和重复性较好。
This article describes a test methord for light-absorbing thermal properties of textiles. By testing the heating value of the heat absorbing and heating fabrics and ordinary fabrics under the same illumination conditions, the relative temperature difference between the two kinds of fabrics is calculated. The results show that heating value of functional fabric is significantly higher than ordinary fabrics ,and the relative temperature difference between the two kinds of fabric can reach 10℃ To prove the result stability and have good reproducibility, three different types of fabric are tested, each sample is tested five times. The results show that the standard deviation of tile test results is less than 2 ℃, coefficient of variation less than 3%.
