摘要
农村土地流转是指农村家庭承包的土地通过合法的形式保留承包权,将经营权转让给其他农户或其他经济组织的行为。中国要推动土地规模化经营和农业现代化发展,就必须要经过土地流转这条必经之路。
Rural land circulation is refers to rural household contract of land by legal form, keep contract right, transfer rights to behavior of other farmers or other economic organization. In order to promote development of land scale management and agri- cultural modernization, land circulation is the only way.
