摘要
工业产品的几何建模和数控加工是数字化制造中的关键和核心。在制造业发展进程中,提高自由曲面等产品的几何建模精度和数控加工能力是工程实践的重要课题。在CATIA环境下,对所建立的飞机叶片几何模型进行了误差和光顺性分析。分析结果表明,在相同条件下,NURBS双四次曲面比双三次曲面具有更高的光滑度,具有重大的研究和开发意义。通过数控仿真,验证了所建立NURBS双四次曲面数控加工的正确性和可行性。
The core of the digital manufacturing is believed to be the numerical control machining and the geometric modeling of industrial product. In the developing process of manufacturing industry, the crucial research problems were identified to be the im- proving the accuracy of numerical control machining and modeling of freeform surface product, etc. The constructed geometric models of aircraft vane were analyzed for the error and fairness in the context of CATIA. It was showed that biquartic NURBS sur- face should have higher fairness than bicubic NURBS surface under the same condition, and biquartic NURBS surface could be supposed to be more significant for research and development. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of numerical control machi- ning of the biquartic NURBS surface were tested and verified through simulation.
