摘要
针对电流比较仪检定高精密电流互感器存在操作复杂、工作效率低等问题,开展了基于电流比较仪的高精密电流互感器自动检定技术研究,提出辅助互感器电子调零技术,设计了电子调零检零装置,研究了高精密电流互感器误差自动测试技术,研制了电子式高精密电流互感器校验仪,提出协同控制技术,实现自动升流、自动调零、自动误差测试功能,研制了基于电流比较仪的高精密电流互感器自动检定装置。为验证基于电流比较仪的高精密电流互感器自动检定装置的有效性,进行了自动检定试验与传统手动试验对比以及电流上升与下降过程试验对比,试验结果表明,误差变化在±2×10-6范围内,满足高精密电流互感器检定的要求,并且,自动检定过程中每个规程规定试验点在40s内完成比较仪调零及误差测试,极大地提高了电流比较仪检定高精密电流互感器的效率,降低了劳动强度。
Automatic verification technology of high accuracy current transformer based on current comparator is studied in order to increase the efficiency of CT verification. The automatic nulling technique of current comparator is proposed. And the automatic nulling device and instrument transformer calibrator have been developed. The coordinated controlling methodology is employed to ensure the accuracy of automatic verification. Comparative tests between automatic verification and manual verification as well as comparative tests between current increase and current decrease with the proposed automatic verification system have been carried out. The automatic verification system of high accuracy current transformer based on current comparator have been proved via tests. It has been derived that the error variance is in the range of ±2×10^-6. Furthermore, the CT verification per test current point can be completed in 40s.
