摘要
目的探究膝痛洗剂联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎方法及疗效。方法将80例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用膝痛洗剂联合臭氧关节腔注射,对照组采用臭氧关节腔注射,经2周治疗后通过VSA评分比较及临床疗效评价测定评估疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组视觉模拟评分较对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率95.0%优于对照组的85.0%(P<0.05)。结论膝痛洗剂联合臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝骨关节炎具有明显的临床疗效,为膝骨关节炎治疗提供新思路。
Objective To explore the method and clinical effect of xitong lotion and articular cavity injection of ozone in treating knee osteoarthritis. Methods The 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group is treated with xitong and joint articular cavity injection of ozone. The control group is treated with ozone articular cavity injection. Two weeks after the treatment by comparing VSA score and clinical curative effect evaluation to evaluate the curative effect. Results After treatment, the treatment group was significantly different from the control group by visual analogue scale（P0.05）. The curative effect of treatment group（95%） was obviously better than the control group（85%）. Conclusion Xitong lotion and ozone articular cavity injection have obvious effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. provide new way in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. This treatment Provides a new way of knee osteoarthritis.
