摘要
华廷芳教授认为,闭经有虚实、强弱、久暂之别,须审证明确,用药得当,并将其分为水气互结型、寒凝血瘀型、气滞血瘀型、阴虚内热型、痰热壅滞型。临证善审病求因,因证施治,善用三逐瘀汤逐瘀通经、调理气血。并指出若墨守成规,固持成见,以一法一方坚持到底,则未有不误事者。
Professor HUA Tingfang thinks amenorrhea have different types of asthenia and sthenia, strong and weak, long and hold. We should distinguish between types of evidence and appropriate use of medicine.Professor HUA divided it to water vapor into each node type, blood stasis due to cold accumulations type, blood stasis and essence obstruction type, internal heat due to yin deficiency type, phlegm heat indicates lag type. Professor HUA is good at treating disease according to etiology and pathogenesis and good at using of three stasis soup to make stasis pass through, and condition qi and blood. Professor HUA pointed out that if you insist on using a prescription, it is impossible to cure the disease.
