摘要
针对常规汽车装车站装车能力不足、装车煤种有限等问题,提出了一种多通道汽车装车技术,介绍了该汽车装车系统的工艺流程,确定了主要工艺参数,并对协同配仓技术、精确称量技术以及数据接入技术进行了研究。该技术可实现煤炭的装车能力强、称量精度高、自动化和智能化程度高、绿色环保的目标。
Aiming at the insufficient loading capacity and limited applicable conditions for multi-coal-type loading in conventional vehicle loading station, the paper proposed a multi-channel vehicle loading technology. The technological process was described, main technical parameters was determined, coordinated distribution technology, accurate weighing technology and data access technology were researched, realizing great improvement in capacity, weighing accuracy, intelligence-automation level and environment protection for vehicle loading.
