摘要
结合多智能体和多目标优化理论,重点分析带式输送系统的动态特性.带式输送系统的数字化信息管理系统是带式输送系统中亟待解决的关键问题之一.带式输送机的最新发展方向呈现长距离、大运量、高速度、集中控制等特点.随着带式输送机长距离、大功率不断增加以及动态分析技术逐渐成熟,数字化信息管理系统成为一种发展方向.该课题的研究将改善带式输送系统的控制性能、节能降耗,安全可靠,并带来长远和可观的经济效益.
In this paper, combined with the multi-agent and the multi-objective optimization theory, The dynamic characteristics of belt conveyor system are analyzed emphatically. The digital information management of beh conveyor system is one of the key problems to be solved in belt conveyor system. The latest development of belt conveyor is characterized by long dis- tance, large volume, high speed and centralized control. With the increasing of long distance and high power of belt conveyor and the gradual mature of dynamic analysis technology, the digital information management system becomes a developing direction. The research will im- prove the control performance of belt conveyor system, and save energy and reduce consump- tion. It is safety and reliability, and will bring long-term and considerable economic benefits.
