摘要
在晋中市松塔水电站导流泄洪洞无压洞段施工中,采用液压衬砌模板台车工艺进行混凝土衬砌施工。文中介绍了液压衬砌模板台车的技术参数、主要结构、施工工艺流程、具体施工方法以及施工注意事项等。该项技术的应用不但保证了混凝土浇注质量特别是外观质量,而且加快了施工进度,降低了施工成本,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效应。
The hydraulic pressure lining form lorry has used to construct the tunnel concrete lining in the process to build the non-pressure tunnel section of the diversion spillway tunnel in the Songta Hydroelectric Station.The paper introduces the technical parameters,the main structure of this lorry,its concrete construction method and matters needing attention in construction process.Using this technique not only can ensure the concrete casting quality, especially outward the appearance quality of the lining,but also can quicken the construction speed, can lower the construction cost and will obtain the good ecnomic benefit and society benefit.
