摘要
对超声波辅助滚压加工中颤振的产生规律进行了探索,尝试通过理论对所得实验结果进行解释。分析不同工艺参数下工件表面振纹的分布情况,提出抑制超声波辅助滚压加工颤振的工艺措施,为超声波辅助滚压系统的工艺水平优化提供可靠指导。
The phenomenon of regular self-excited vibration during the actual operation of ultrasonic auxiliary roiling process is explored,and try to explain the results of experiment with theory. By analyzing regular texture distributed on the artifacts during the actual operation of ultrasonic auxiliary rolling process with different processing parameters to propose new restraint methods of self- excited vibration,to optimize technological level of the whole ultrasonic auxiliary rolling process system.
