挡板形式对盘形均布器均布性能影响模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了对海上晃荡条件下液化天然气用绕管式换热器盘形均布器进行设计优化,采用数值模拟的方法建立了基于VOF两相流及RNG k-ε湍流模型的晃荡均流计算模型,模拟了横摇条件下不同挡板形式盘形均布器的均布性能。模拟结果表明:横摇条件下设置挡板可以改善盘形均布器均布性能,增加挡板高度与数目都可以使盘形均布器均布性能得到改善。为有效改善盘形均布器流动均布性能,竖直挡板高度应高于液位高度,水平挡板高度应低于液位高度。 In order to optimize the disc - distributor in Spiral - Wound Heat Exchange in floating liquefiednatural gas platform ( FLNG), numerical simulations based on VOF multiphase flow model and RNG k -e turbulence model were carried out. The distribution characteristics of disc - distributor with differenttypes of baffles on rolling condition were investigated. The results showed that baffles can improve the dis-tribution performance of disc - distributor. With the increasing number and higher height of baffles, thedistribution performance of disc - distributor would be better. It is better for improving the distributionperformance of disc -distributor that the vertical baffle has higher height than the liquid level and thehorizontal baffle has lower height than the liquid level.
