摘要
蛋白酶是蛋白质消化和吸收的关键酶。在动物饲料中添加蛋白酶，可以提高动物对蛋白质的消化吸收，降低饲料中的抗营养因子，提高日增重，降低料肉比，降低营养性腹泻发生率，提高饲料利用率，改善动物生产性能。
Protease is the key enzyme for protein digestion and absorption. Addition of protease in feed can improve the protein digestion and absorption, reduce the anti- nutrition factors in feed, increase average daily gain, decrease the feed meat ratio, reduce the incidence of nutritional diarrhea, increase feed utilization rate and improve animal production performance.
