摘要 预应力锚杆长期在密闭的岩土环境中服役,其现场耐蚀性能变化特征的研究一直以来都是岩土工程领域的一个难题。锚杆服役环境的复杂性和特殊性,导致预应力锚杆耐久性研究大部分局限于室内模拟腐蚀实验,锚杆现场腐蚀数据稀少。以某煤矿服役的现场锚杆作为研究对象,对其单位失重和截面损失进行测试分析,得出如下结论:不同服役年限的锚杆,随着锚杆服役年限的增加腐蚀程度也逐年增加;同一根锚杆暴露在空气中的锚头部分相对于处在岩体封闭空间的其他部位腐蚀速度快,腐蚀程度呈现如下规律:锚头>自由段>锚固段。 Pre-stressed anchor usually serves in the airtight geotechnical environment for a long time,so the corrosion resisting property of pre-stressed anchor in field is always a difficult problem in recent years' research.Because of the complexity and specialty of the working environment of the anchor,most of the durability researches of pre-stressed anchor were confined to the indoor simulated corrosion experiment,and the data about anchor field corrosion is rare.This research took the anchor serving in a coal mine as the object,and analyzed the unit weightlessness and section loss of the anchor.The results showed that the corrosion degree increased year by year with the increase of service year of the anchor;the corrosion speed of the anchor head exposed to the air was faster than that of the part confined in rock,and the corrosion degree in different parts of anchor presented the following rule:anchor head free sectionanchorage section.
