摘要
将创新价值链分为知识生产和知识商业成果转化两个阶段,结合运用随机前沿模型与中介变量法,根据省级面板数据,实证考察了资源依赖影响高技术产业创新效率的传导机制。研究结果发现,通过企业规模、研发人力资本、研发资金、产业集聚、政府干预、开放程度等因素复杂的传导作用,资源依赖总体上有碍于高技术产业创新效率提升,并且各个传导因素的影响程度和影响方式各异。最后在实证研究的基础上提出提升资源型地区高技术产业创新效率的建议。
Resource dependence affects thee regional environment of high-tech industries, and then becomes an important factor ＂restricting the innovation efficiency of,high technology industry. The paper divides the innovation value chain into the production of knowledge and the transformation of knowledge business results. By using the stochastic frontier model and the mediator variable method and according to 2001 - 2013 provincial panel data, the paper investigates the conduction path of resource dependence influencing the innovation efficiency of high tech industry. The result shows that through the complex conduction of the enterprise scale, the R＆D human capital, R＆D funds i industrial agglomeration, government intervention and openness and other faCtor, resource dependence restricts the innovation efficiency of＇high tech industry on the whole, and the influence degree anti-influence way of each conduction factor are different, On the basis of the conclusion of the empirical study, the paper puts forward several enlightenments on how to enhance the innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in resource based region.
