摘要
文章通过介绍法国护理人员准入标准及规范化培训、护理人员配置标准、护士的执业特点、护士的权益保障特点,对我国建立健全护理人员准入制度及规范化培训、合理配置护理人员数量及动态科学管理、保障护理人员合法权益及稳定护理队伍等方面的护理人力资源管理提供参考依据。
Through introducing the criteria for nursing personnel access, training standard, allocation standard, practicing characteristics, the characteristics of nurses'rights and interests in French ,the article could provide reference for our country to establish and perfect the criteria for nursing personnel access and training standard, to achieve the rational allocation of nurse staff and dynamic scientific management, to guarantee the lawful rights and interests safeguard of nur- ses and stabilize nursing team.
