摘要
目的探讨如何运用整体护理做好放射科受检者的病情观察与护理的方法,以确保受检者的安全,达到保证图像质量、提高受检者满意度的目的。方法通过对530例住院患者的病情观察进行总结分析,将观察项目分成检查前、检查中、检查后并制定相应的护理措施和个体化的病情观察策略。结果检查前的观察事项有3类,检查中的观察事项有4类,检查后的观察事项有3类,根据检查者观察的情况制定了相应的措施,其中3例出现病情变化,给予对症处理,1例进入抢救流程。结论 CT检查过程中,将观察内容分类逐项观察可以保证CT检查的顺利进行及提高护理服务的满意度。
Objective The study Objective is to explore the methods of disease observation and nursing at radiology department by using holistic nursing, so that thepatmnts security, image quality and patients satisfaction can be guaranteed. Methods Observation program is divided to pre-examination, intra-examination, and post-examination part by analyzing the diseaseobserva- tion of 530 inpatients, thus nursing measures and individualized strategy of disease observation are made accordingly. Results There are 3 observation items for pre-examination, 4 ones for intra-examinatlon, and 3 ones for post-examination. Corresponding measures are taken according to disease observation. Three patients have changes in the process of disease, and one of them needs rescue. Conclusion Dividing items of disease observation in the process of CT scanning could guarantee the examination suc- cessfully and improve the patients＇ satisfaction for nursing~
