摘要
结合工作实践对东腰庄金矿李家寨选矿厂工艺流程发展以及技术经济指标调节进行简要探讨,并提出该选矿厂下一步的改扩建方案,包括重新选址、将单一的浮选作业选矿流程改为重选—浮选联合作业流程、将湿法排尾矿改为干法排尾矿作业。经过扩改,选矿厂不仅会扩大规模,流程也将更加合理,也更加符合国家环保政策要求。
Combining with practical work, process development and technical and economic index adjustment of Lijiazhai concentrator in Dongyaozhuang gold deposit are briefly expounded, and the renovation and expansion project for the plant is put forward, including re-location, transforming single flotation process mineral processing into gravity and flotation joint process, changing wet railings discharge for dry tailings discharge operation. After the expansion, the concentrator not only expands the scale, the process is also more reasonable, more in line with the requirements of national environmental policy.
