石墨烯/聚合物介电复合材料的研究进展

摘要 近年来,具有柔性和可拉伸特性的二维石墨烯/聚合物纳米复合材料展现出了优越的介电性能,在电力、电子等领域有着潜在的应用前景。基于石墨烯独特的结构和物理特性,开发和探究此类复合材料在介质储能领域中的应用具有重要的研究价值和实际意义。本文论述了石墨烯功能化及其形成的聚合物复合材料在高介电性能方向的研究最新进展,重点阐述石墨烯的功能化对复合材料介电性能的影响。 Recently,2D-graphene / polymer composite materials with soft and flexible characteristics exhibit excellent dielectric properties,which have potential applications in electricity and electronic fields. On the bases of the special structure and physical properties of the graphene,it is very important to explore and investigate graphene-based composites,especially their applications in dielectric storage energy fields. Some recent research progresses of the functionalized graphenes and the formed composites with polymers in the high dielectric aspect were reviewed,and the effects of the functionalization of the graphene on dielectric properties of composites were presented.
