一种六分裂大截面导线展放中导线平衡装置研究

摘要 近年来,随着特高压工程逐步普及,大截面导线普遍使用,六分裂大截面导线展放过程中出现了滑车不平衡、导线高低不平、展放进度慢、紧线及附件安装难度大等一系列问题。由于大截面导线重量大,现有牵引设备及滑车无法满足1牵6的展放方式,必须变更为"1牵4+1牵2"的展放方式,这样在实际施工中出现较多问题。鉴于大截面导线展放的实际情况,文章介绍采用"导线平衡装置"进行展放,利用一个非对称三角连板作为导线滑车的平衡装置,有效解决放线施工难题。该技术同时获得了国家实用新型专利。 With the widespread application of the 6 split conductor of large section in the popularizied ultravoltage power transmission engineering in recent years,paying off the conductor experienced problems such as the pulley unbalanced,the conductor not level,slow paying prograss,hard conduvctor stretching and accessory installation and etc. Due to the large weight of the 6 split conductor,the existing pulling equipment and pulley cannot meet the requirement for paying off conductor by one pulling equipment pulling six conductors,while the combination of the method by one pulling equipment pulling four conductors and the method by one pulling equipment pulling two conductors experienced many problems in practice. This paper gives an introduction to a methd to pay off the conductor by using a triangular plate as the balanc device for the conductor pulley. The balance device solved effectivelly difficaulties in the conductor paying and patented as utility model patent in China.
