摘要
利用Simufact Welding有限元软件研究了不同焊接工艺对22MnB5结构钢焊接温度场及残余应力的影响。结果表明,与其他焊接工艺相比,利用两个机器人同时从同方向进行焊接时得到的焊接变形和最终等效残余应力均为最小值,但焊接热影响区最大。
Simufact Welding software was used to analyze the effects of welding procedure on welding temperature field and residual stresses of 22MnB5 steel. The results show that the welding process that the process that two robots weld simultaneously along two welding paths in the same direction leads to the lowest residual stresses and the smallest distortion, but the largest heat affected zone(HAZ).
