摘要
为了探索腐蚀缺陷对油气管道剩余强度的影响规律,将响应曲面法与ANSYS有限元法相结合,以在不同腐蚀参数缺陷下得到的油气管道剩余强度作为响应值,建立了腐蚀缺陷长度、宽度和深度与油气管道剩余强度响应输出之间的数学模型,讨论不同影响因素的显著性及其交互作用的影响规律。结果表明,单影响因素腐蚀缺陷深度对油气管道剩余强度影响最大,腐蚀缺陷长度与深度的交互作用比较显著。
In order to explore the effect law of corrosion defect s on the residual strength of oil and gas pipelines, the response surface method and the ANSYS finite element method were combined. The regression analysis experiment with three factors and three levels were designed. ANSYS software was used to analyze the oil and gas pipelines with the defect under different corrosion defect parameters, using the obtained remaining strengths as the response values. A mathematical model was established between the influence factors such as the length, width and depth of corrosion defect s and the response values of remaining strength. The significance of single factor and interaction effects were also discussed. The results show that the depth of the single factor is the most significant, and the interaction between the length and depth of the corrosion defects is conspicuousness.
