摘要
钛金属具有一系列优越的性能,但较高的生产成本严重阻碍了其应用,因此迫切需要低成本的钛金属生产工艺。本文主要介绍了钛金属生产工艺的最新发展概况,包括燃烧合成法、预成型还原法的改进方法、Hunter法及其改进方法、USTB工艺、NaCl-KCl-TiClx熔盐电解制备高纯钛粉,以及KCl-NaCl-KF熔盐体系电沉积制备碳钢表面钛防腐镀层。最后,对钛工业的发展做出了展望。
Titanium metal shows a series of excellent performances, but high production cost severely hampers its application. So there is an urgent need to put forward a low-cost titanium production process. The latest development of titanium metal production process is mainly introduced, including the combustion synthesis method, the improved methods of PRP method and Hunter method, USTB method, preparation of high purity titanium powder in NaCl-KCl-TiClx molten salt system by electrolysis,as well as preparation corrosion protection coating of titanium on carbon steel surface by molten salt deposition in KCl-NaCl-KF molten salt system. Finally, the development prospect of titanium industry is also forecast.
