冷敷结合低频脉冲电磁场治疗跟骨骨折后疼痛肿胀的疗效观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察冷敷结合低频脉)中电磁场干预治疗跟骨骨折后软组织肿胀、疼痛的疗效。方法自2014年3月至2016年3月采用冷敷结合低频脉冲电磁场对34例跟骨骨折患者进行治疗干预,与对照组进行疗效比较,观察软组织肿胀、疼痛改善情况。结果两组患者伤后第3、5、7天VAS疼痛评分,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。观察组第一次出现皮肤皱褶的时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组伤后第3、5、7天肿胀程度,观察组明显优于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论跟骨骨折后采用冷敷结合低频脉冲电磁场治疗,可有效缓解疼痛及消除软组织肿胀,缩短伤后至手术的时间,操作简单,治疗依从性好,无任何不良反应及副作用,适宜临床推广使用。 Objective To observe the curative effect on pain and swelling of the soft tissue of calcaneal fractures by cold compression combined with low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields. Methods From March 2014 to March 2016, 34 cases of calcaneal fractures were treated with cold compression combined with low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields. The curative effect of soft tissue swelling and pain were compared with control group. Results VAS pain score in two groups are recorded and compared in 3, 5, 7 days. It was found out that the pain level of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group. ( P〈0.05 ) . The swelling was significantly smaller than the control group in 3, 5, 7 days. ( P〈0.05 ) . The soft tissue swelling of two groups after injury at 3, 5 and 7 days, the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) . Conclusions Cold treatment combined with low frequency pulsed electromagnetic fields after calcaneal fracture can effectively relieve pain and eliminate swelling of soft tissue, shorten the time from injury to operation, which have simple operation and good treatment compliance.no adverse reactions and side effects. It is suitable for clinical use.
