摘要
目的探讨X线引导微通道经皮肾镜取石术（MPCNL）联合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾功能正常的双侧不同位置输尿管结石临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2016年5月8例肾功能正常的双侧不同位置输尿管结石患者资料，所有患者均采用一侧输尿管镜下钬激光碎石取石术，另一侧行X线引导下MPCNL钬激光碎石取石术。结果8例患者均一期手术成功，手术时间80-210min，平均122min，无大出血及其他严重并发症。结论对于肾功能正常的一侧输尿管中下段结石、对侧输尿管上段结石患者，一期采用X线引导MPCNL联合输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的微创治疗方法是安全有效的，可在有条件的医院开展。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy under X-Ray guidance and ureteroscopic with holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of different positions in both sides of ureteral calculi with normal renal function. Methods The clinical data of 8 cases from January 2012 to May 2016 in our hospital, where normal renal function ureteral calculus located in different positions in both sides were analyzed retrospectively. All patients were treated by ureteroscopic with holmium laser lithotripsy in one side and MPCNL with holmium laser lithotripsy under X-Ray guidance in the other side. Resluts The 8 cases were performed successfully without bleeding and other serious complications, whose operation time was ranged from 80 to 210mins, with an average of 122mins. Conclusions For the patients possessing normal rental function with ureteral calculus lying in the middle-lower ureter in one side and the upper ureter in the other side, during the first-stage operation, it is safe and effective to employ MPCNL under X-Ray guidance and ureteroscopic with holmium laser lithotripsy, which is worth clinical promotion.
