摘要 针对传统加工方法难以制备高性能大型复杂构件的问题,对大型复杂金属零件3D打印技术进行研究。简述金属3D打印技术原理与优势,归纳大型复杂金属零件3D打印研究进展,探讨大型复杂金属零件3D打印技术存在问题及研究方向。研究结果表明:大型复杂金属零件3D打印技术在工艺及装备方面还有不足,需重点在成形质量控制、智能控制软件与后处理技术开发方面开展深入研究。 3D printing technology (3DP) for large complex metal parts(LCMP) is studied because high-performance large complex component is difficultly prepared by traditional methods. Introduce principle and advantages of metal 3D printing technology, conclude large complex metal part 3D printing research and development, and discuss the problems and research directions of 3D printing technology for LCMP. The research results show that the large complex metal part 3D printing technology has shortcoming in technology and equipment. We should focus on research of forming quality control, intelligent control software, and post-processing technology development.
