摘要
为提高屯兰矿综采面工作效率,减少工人劳动强度,增大工作面的安全系数,拟采用顺槽超前液压支护技术对18401工作面进行支护技术改进,在现有超前液压支护理论的基础上,计算出18401工作面顺槽回转角和合理支护强度值,选用型号为ZTC30000/25/50的液压支架。探讨超前液压支架支护技术的效果,并对液压支架出现的"压死"问题提出了解决方案,对超前液压支架的日常维护提供合理的建议,以期为屯兰矿支护技术改造作参考。
In order to improve the work efficiency, reduce the labor intensity of workers and increase the safety coefficient of working face in Tunlan coal mine. The paper advanced hydraulic support technology to support 18401 working face, basing on existing advanced hydraulic support theory, calculated return angle and support strength value 18401 working face, at last choired the model ZTC30000/25/50 hydraulic support. To investigate the effect of advanced hydraulic support technology, and the hydraulic support appeared "crushed" problem, in order to provide reference for the improvement of Tunlan Mine Supporting technology.
