摘要
采用工频升压的非接触高频引弧方式,在引弧电路控制下完成弧转移,并设计滤波回路减少干扰。引弧电路与等离子切割机主电源、气控系统及数控系统密切配合,实现了较高的引弧成功率和满足要求的切割效果,经现场反复测试,并对照检测到的引弧波形与理论结果,验证了理论分析的正确性与引弧电路的可靠性。
Using no-contact high frequency pilot arc and pilot arc circuit achieve arc pilot transfer process,then design filtering circuit to reduce interference.Pilot arc circuit and plasma cutting power supply of main machine, pneumatic control system and the numerical control system cooperate with each other, achieve the higher success rate of arc and good cutting effect, by detecting pilot arc waveform and compared with theory and with repeated testing, the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the reliability of arc ignition circuit are verified.
