摘要
二极管箝位型三电平逆变器直流侧存在中点电位不平衡的问题,需增加反馈控制环节控制中点电位的平衡,即通过传感器检测逆变器直流侧电容电压及中点电流变化情况来控制中点电位的平衡。提出了一种新的中点电位平衡控制方法,无需增加反馈控制环节,直接利用三电平的统一快速算法和随机函数,使其在不同开关周期内对不同小矢量设置不同的时间分配特性,来增加相应的正或负小矢量对中点电流的控制能力,实现对二极管箝位型三电平逆变器直流侧电容电压平衡的控制。实验验证了该方法的正确性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of neutral point unbalance in the diode clamped three-level inverter, and it requires the control link of feedback to keep balance of the neutral point, in other words, it needs to detect the DC side ca- pacitance voltage and the neutral point of the current changes of the inverter by sensors.so a new method of neutral point voltage balancing method is proposed.This method does not require the control link of feedback, but directly us- ing of the unified pulse width modulation of three-level and a random function to make it in different switching cy- cles for different small vector set different time allocation of features to increase the ability to control current of the neutral point corresponding to the positive or negative small vector, realizing adaptive balance effect of diode clamped three-level inverter DC side capacitor voltage.The experimental results are given to verify the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
