摘要
目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗呼吸功能不全的临床疗效。方法选取90例呼吸功能不全患者按随机数字表法分成研究组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。对比两组治疗前、后的动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_2)、血氧饱和度(SaO_2)、气道峰压(Ppeak)、气道平均压(Pmean)及不良反应发生率。结果两组治疗前PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2、Ppeak、Pmean差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后PaO_2、PaCO_2、SaO_2、Ppeak、Pmean差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论布地奈德雾化吸入可有效的改善呼吸功能不全患者的呼吸功能,疗效安全可靠。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of aerosol inhalation of budesonide in the treatment of respiratory insufficiency. Methods 90 patients with respiratory insufficiency were randomly divided into study group and control group(n =45). The control group was treated with routine therapy, and the study group was treated with aerosol inhalation of budesonide on the basis of routine treatment. PaO_2, Pa CO_2, SaO_2, Ppeak, Pmean, and adverse effects of the two groups before and after treatment. Results PaO_2, Pa CO_2, SaO_2, Ppeak and Pmean were not significantly different between the two groups before and after treatment(P〉0.05). PaO_2, Pa CO_2, SaO_2, Ppeak and Pmean were significantly different between the two groups(P〈0.05). No adverse reactions occurred during the period. Conclusion Nebulized budesonide inhalation can effectively improve the respiratory function of patients with respiratory insufficiency, and the effect is safe and reliable.
