摘要
目的观察盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎的效果。方法随机将我院收治的76例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象,将其均分为对照组与观察组。对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率、临床症状评分等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索治疗慢性支气管炎效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis. Methods 76 cases of patients were divided into two groups. The control group received routine treatment, and observation group used ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of control group, compared the clinical efficacy of two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate and clinical symptom score of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic bronchitis is ideal.
