摘要
目的观察评价自制会阴帽与外生殖器保护裤在小儿包皮环切术后的应用效果。方法选取我科行包皮环切术的患儿109例作为研究对象,随机分为会阴帽组(n=61),保护裤组(n=48),比较两组患儿术后的恢复情况(伤口疼痛、出血水肿、非感染性裂开、化脓性感染)和使用满意度情况(伤口观察难易程度、使用方便程度)。结果两组术后恢复情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院后,两组伤口观察难易程度对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);使用方便度对比(P<0.05)。结论小儿包皮环切术后伤口保护器具最佳选择方案为会阴帽和保护裤在不同时期配合使用。
Objective To evaluate and compare homemade perineum cap with genitals protection pants in postoperative application effect of pediatric circumcision. Methods 109 cases of children undergoing circumcision were selected as the study object and were randomly divided into the perineum cap group（n=61） and protective pants group（n=48）. To compare postoperative recovery（wound pain, bleeding and edema, non-infectious crack, suppurative infection） and use satisfaction（degree of wound observation, convenience） in two groups. Results There was no statistical significance between two groups in postoperative recovery（P〉0.05）. After discharge, two groups were compared with the observation of difficulty degree, the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, the ease of use（P〈0.05）. Conclusion After pediatric circumcision,the best protective options for perineum cap and protective pants in different use periods.
