摘要
构建和谐的医患关系成为近年来医疗卫生服务中的热点问题,其产生原因为医患之间缺乏信任和理解,医患沟通不到位,缺乏合理的沟通理念等。而良好的医患关系是增进疾病治疗效果的有效途径。人文关怀理念的核心是以人为本,有利于建立良好的医患关系,在医患关系中倾注人文关怀有助于医患关系的改善。
Construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become a hot issue in medical and health services in recent years.
