摘要
构建和谐的医患关系成为近年来医疗卫生服务中的热点问题,其产生原因为医患之间缺乏信任和理解,医患沟通不到位,缺乏合理的沟通理念等。而良好的医患关系是增进疾病治疗效果的有效途径。人文关怀理念的核心是以人为本,有利于建立良好的医患关系,在医患关系中倾注人文关怀有助于医患关系的改善。
Construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has become a hot issue in medical and health services in recent years. The reasons for this are the lack of trust and understanding between doctors and patients, the lack of communication between doctors and patients, and lack of reasonable communication ideas.
