摘要
文章主要开展二氧化钛/钛酸盐异质结构的合成及光催化性能研究,即以二氧化钛纳米颗粒作Ti源和模板,利用水热法在其表面原位形成钛酸盐颗粒以得到二氧化钛/钛酸盐异质结构。通过X-射线衍射、扫描电镜等手段对所制备的异质结的物性进行表征,并对其光催化性能进行测试。
We developed synthetic method of TiO2/SrTiO3 heterostructure. Using TiO2 hierarchical structure as Ti source and template, the TiO2/SrTiO3 heterostructure was in-situ formation prepared on the surface of TiO2 nanoparticles by hydrothermal method. The as-prepared heterojunction was characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope to obtain the structures and morphologies of the products. At last, we studied the photocatalytic performance of the TiOJSrTiO3 heterostructure.
