摘要
目的分析急性重症脑卒中患者实施营养护理的效果。方法选取我院确诊60例急性重症脑卒中患者作为研究对象。将其随机划分为对照组和研究组,每组各30例。对两组最终的护理效果进行分析和对比。结果护理后,研究组在血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血浆总蛋白等各项营养指标水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。讨论对急性重症脑卒中患者实施营养护理方法,效果显著。
Objective To analyze the effect of nutritional nursing in patients with acute severe stroke. Methods 60 cases of acute severe stroke patients who were diagnosed by our hospital were selected as the study object and were randomly divided into control group and study group of 30 cases. To analyze and compare of the final nursing effect of two groups. Results After nursing, the nursing research group in hemoglobin, serum albumin, serum total protein and other nutritional indexes were significantly better than the control group(P〈0.05); The study group the complication rate was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nutritional nursing methods for patients with acute severe stroke, the effect is significant.
