摘要
目的探讨护理干预在护理呼吸内科中重症患者中的临床效果。方法选取2014年3月—2016年3月,于我院呼吸科内科进行治疗的患者128例为研究对象,随机分为观察组64例,对照组64例。对照组患者进行常规呼吸科专业护理,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,采用全方位护理方法进行护理干预。对对照组和观察组患者的护理进行全方位跟踪、观察和记录,并对每位患者的临床数据进行归纳、整理和分析。结果观察组的护理质量高于对照组。观察组护理有效率93.8%,对照组护理有效率70.3%,P均<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论呼吸内科病房在常规专业护理的基础上,采用全方位护理方法进行护理干预,提高了护理质量,增加了患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the clinical application of severe patients in the respiratory medicine department of nursing. Methods 128 cases of patients who were treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 64 cases in the each group. Patients in the control group were treated with routine department of respiration nursing, and the observation group were treated with the comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. In the control group and observation group of patients with nursing for all direction tracking, observation and record, and each patient’s clinical data were summarized, sorted out and analyzed. Results The quality of care in the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Observation group of nursing efficiency was 93.8%, the control group was 70.3%, P〈0.05,the difference was significant. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing care in respiratory medicine department, the comprehensive nursing intervention is adopted to improve the quality of nursing and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
