摘要
目的探讨眠安宁颗粒联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗神经衰弱失眠的临床疗效。方法抽取医院82例神经衰弱失眠患者随机分组,治疗组(n=42)应用眠安宁颗粒联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,对照组(n=42)则单纯口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的PSQI评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眠安宁颗粒联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗神经衰弱失眠的临床疗效肯定,有助于解除其失眠症状,改善其心理状态,可借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of miananning granules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment of neurasthenia insomnia. Methods 82 cases of neurasthenia insomnia patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n=42） application of miananning granules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment, the control group（n=42） was treated with flupentixol and melitracen tablets, comparison of two groups. Results After treatment, the PSQI score and HAMD score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical curative effect of miananning granules combined with flupentixol and melitracen tablets treatment of neurasthenia insomnia, helps to relieve the symptoms of insomnia, improve their psychological state, can be used for reference.
