摘要
目的研究难治性青光眼运用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗的临床效果。方法选取12例17眼难治性青光眼患者在我院进行Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗后,对比以上患者手术前和术后视力的恢复情况、眼压的水平及并发症发生率。结果所有患者经过Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗后,术后1个月眼压为(13.5±5.3)mm Hg和术后12个月眼压为(15.2±4.4)mm Hg,低于术前,差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05;手术后10 d以内,有3眼发生前房积血(17.65%),2眼浅前房(11.76%)。结论难治性青光眼运用Ahmed青光眼引流阀植入术治疗,能改善患者的视力水平和降低眼压。
Objective To study the cure glaucoma using the clinical effect of drainage of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation treatment. Methods 12 cases 17 eyes were selected refractory glaucoma patients in our hospital for drainage of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation after treatment, compared to more than patients before the operation and the level of the recovery of visual acuity, intraocular pressure and complications. Results All patients after drainage of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation treatment, postoperative intraocular pressure for one month（13.5±5.3） mm Hg and postoperative intraocular pressure for December（15.2±4.4） mm Hg, significantly lower than that of preoperative, statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Occurred within 10 d after surgery, there are 3 eyes（17.65%）, anterior chamber hemorrhage 2 cookies anterior chamber（11.76%）. Conclusion Refractory glaucoma, using drainage of Ahmed glaucoma valve implantation therapy can improve the patient’s level of vision and reduce intraocular pressure.
