摘要
在医院的建设过程中,行政管理人才有着非常重要的作用,其素质和能力直接影响到医院的形象。然而目前我国很多医院的行政管理队伍建设现状却不容乐观,不但管理能力有限、工作效率不高、管理理念也比较落后,并且缺乏责任心和进取心,严重的影响着医院的发展。现就对如何将强医院行政管理队伍建设进行了思考和分析,以此来为我国医院行政管理队伍建设的实践提供参考性的建议。
In the process of hospital construction, administrative personnel has a very important role, its quality and ability directly affect the image of the hospital. However, the construction of administrative staff of many hospitals in China is not optimistic, not only limited management ability, work efficiency is not high, the management concept is relatively backward, and the lack of sense of responsibility and initiative, seriously affecting the development of the hospital. So this article on how to strengthen the construction of the hospital administrative team thinking and analysis, in order to provide a reference for our hospital administrative team building practice.
