摘要
围绕档案与信息、文献、图书的不同,提出了科技档案在科研创新中的重要作用,分析了科技档案对地方病防治科研创新选题、经费预算、论文投向、水平提高起到的作用,探讨了为充分发挥科技档案的作用,更好地为地方病防治科研创新工作服务的具体措施。
It is to propose the important role of science and technology archives in the scientific research innovation, by compare the difference among archives,information,documents and books,analyze functions of the science and technology archives on the scientific research innovative topic selection of the endemic diseases prevention and control, budget, paper submission and level improvement,then discuss how to make specific measures for better service on the endemic diseases prevention,giving full play to the role of science and technology archives.
